About your test order.

This preview is operated for the Visual Media Factory furniture website project. Use sample details while testing.

Orders store the contact details you enter, selected items, quantities, starting prices, project notes, the website you used, and campaign labels when present. Order records are available in the private central dashboard and are sent to the internal test inbox. No order details are sent to the catalog supplier.

Essential session cookies remember your basket, preserve details while you update it, and protect forms. Small activity counters record basket additions and saved test orders without contact details. They are development activity, not measured customer conversions. Hosting security logs may record request metadata, including IP addresses, to protect the preview. This prototype does not use advertising trackers or send customer emails. Do not enter payment details or sensitive information.

Test records are retained during development. The planned customer record policy is to review records 24 months after their last activity before deciding on deletion. Automatic deletion is not enabled. The final operating company, contact details, and shipping and returns terms are still being prepared for customer launch.
